Good Afternoon All,

Well I hope all of you are handling the recent additional of snow! I have enjoyed my first week back on active duty with the US Navy in the WARM city of Gulfport, MS. My week consisted of sitting in on military briefings, and medical evaluations. Believe it or not they found me mentally fit! GO FIGURE!!! I have been cleared to proceed to my next station which will be in California, which will consist of a lot of classroom work, hitting the firing ranges, and field exercises. If you look at it, it is a lot like scouts….scouting skills (classroom stuff BORING), BB/Archery Ranges (firing ranges, I get to blow stuff up), and overnight camping (field exercises, its like extreme residence camp).

So far I have been able to talk with Cindy and the boys multiple times a day. With the upcoming events, I am not sure how often we will be able to talk. So keep us all in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for the great send off at the last pack meeting it really hit home with me how much of an impact Pack 72 has played in my life. I appreciate all the well wishes!
