Leadership

The pack’s business is conducted¬†by the Pack Committee. In Pack 72, all adult leaders registered with the pack are considered voting committee members. The following are some of the leadership roles:

Committee Chairperson. Leads the committee, and their monthly meetings. Often assisted by one or more Vice-Chairpersons.

Cubmaster. Leads the monthly pack meetings. Often aided by one or more Assistant Cubmasters.

Den Leaders. Responsible for running herd on six- to eleven-year-olds throughout a year of cubscouting.

Subcommittee Chairpersons. Lead the various subcommittees responsible for running parts of the cubscouting program. Subcommittees include Advancement, Camping, Communications, Popcorn, and Recruitment.

Pack Secretary. In our pack, the secretary is responsible for recording and maintaining the minutes of Pack Committee meetings.

Pack Treasurer. Maintains the financial records and conducts the financial business of the pack. Presents financial reports at the Pack Committee meetings.
